During each project, a core team is established and is represented by staff from both Wipro and the client. The project core team includes a project manager, configuration management specialist, development engineers, architects, business analysts, and documentation/training staff. The team will agree upon the conversion plans, requirements, and activities. The team will develop detailed project plans and schedules to assist in ensuring a smooth, successful on-time implementation. The team will then carry out the majority of the required tasks.
