Web application provides ability to process enrollment application through online entry, it captures info on the member personal details including birth date, first name, last name, address, Medicare card, emergency contact, primary care physician for the new enrolling plan.
Based on the enrollment type (Auto or manual), web app captures the info on the premium payment mode for the enrollee like bill or direct deduction from SSA withhold or RRB (Railroad Retirement Board) or billed by Medicare directly for the plan. Additional drug coverage information including private insurance organizations, other health information is accepted during enrolment.
Enrollment application facilitates the attestation reasons for election types (IE, SEP, AEP) and accepts legal representative details as part of enrolling process for that beneficiary.
Application type information, agent info and finally effective date is accepted during this process, further application to membership processing , edits is handled by M360 and data is sent via batch interface to M360 from Web app.
